1. Every child will have a registration card, completed by the mother at the time of the child's first visit to the Laurel Heights United Methodist Church nursery.
2. The mother may drop off the child or children 20 minutes prior to the beginning of a MOPS meeting, and must pick up the child or children not later than 10 minutes after the MOPS meeting.
3. Each time a mother leaves her children in our care, the mother is required to complete the sign-in sheet with specific information about each child.
4. The children's possessions must be clearly marked with the child's name.
5. Mothers are expected to provide enough diapers in the child's diaper bag for their stay in the MOPPETS program that day.
6. Written instructions for bottle feeding must be provided at the time of drop-off.
7. Children with a temperature of 100 or above, diarrhea, vomiting, or contagious skin rash will NOT be accepted into care.
8. By State law, MOPPETS staff are NOT permitted to administer medication.
9. A snack will be provided at each session. The mother may provide an alternative snack if desired. The alternative will be available for the designated child only.
10. Children will be released to their mother ONLY, unless otherwise noted on the sign-in sheet at the time of drop-off.
